Per request, here are several ab exercises and tips to tone that belly at home:

Get an exercise ball. They're super cheap and they will enhance your ab workout entirely. Here are a couple of places to find them:

Vegan taco salad

1 can of black beans, drained
1 cup sliced black olives
1 avocado, cut into cubes
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
1 red onion
1 block of firm tofu
2 jalapeños (depending on how spicy you like it)
1 tomato, diced
Lettuce, cut, enough for two people plus extra
Cilantro, whole or chopped
3 cloves of garlic
Salsa
Tortilla chips

1.) Crumble the tofu by either mashing with a fork or just with your hands. Cook on med - high until golden brown then add taco seasoning.
2.) Heat the beans
3.) Cut up peppers, onions, jalapeños, garlic & cilantro and sauté. 
4.) Cut up lettuce and tomatoes and set aside.
5.) Combine everything after everything is cooked and eat up!

Plant Protein

Since I do not eat any animal based products and I need my protein to replenish my workouts, I decided to purchase Jarrow Formulas Plant Protein. It's not the tastiest but I add it to my fruit smoothies so it covers up the taste completely. There are also other plant protein products that are flavored, however:

Moving on.

As much as it pains me to leave the beautiful weather and palm trees, I have decided to move to Michigan prior to my move to Chicago. I will be heading up north on March 31st until May 1st then moving on to Chi town. This will allow me to spend some time with my new baby niece and I'll be able to be there for my beautiful cousin, Shannon while she has her baby boy. :) Going away party dates coming soon.
